I came in as a new patient and I needed to make a new appointment to be 'formally anointed' as a patient. Say what? Why would I need 2 distinct appointments to become a new patient? I was there already 'for a painless emergency'. What is the rationale for this archaic process? And I have to wait days for appointments to show up on my calendar? Say what? Posted On: 10/10/2024 Dentist office is generally not a place people can get relaxed at; Dr has created an environment that feels comfortable, not only in the surroundings, but also with the care that is shown in those that work there.
