I came in as a new patient and I needed to make a new appointment to be 'formally anointed' as a patient. Say what? Why would I need 2 distinct appointments to become a new patient? I was there already 'for a painless emergency'. What is the rationale for this archaic process? And I have to wait days for appointments to show up on my calendar? Say what?
