Patient was unhappy with current smile and after in depth discussion with Dr. Roth patient decided upon full gum contouring along with all porcelain restoration utilizing full porcelain crowns and veneers.

Patient presented with severe wear from teeth grinding over 30 years. Dr. Roth and the patient agreed to a full mouth reconstruction utilizing 28 all porcelain crowns and veneers to provide the patient a beautiful natural smile.

Patient had an old root canal filling with an unsightly smile. The patient and Dr. Roth discussed a full mouth reconstruction and this was accomplished with an anterior porcelain bridge as well as 24 all porcelain crowns. This was able to be completed for the patient in less than one month.

Patient came to Dr. Roth unhappy with the post ortho staining that remained. After diamond polishing and a take home whitening system the patient truly had something to smile about.

Patient came to Dr. Roth because she wasn’t completely satisfied with the shape and color of her teeth once ortho treatment was completed. Together they decided to move forward with 8 all porcelain veneers to provide the smile that she had always desired.

Patient lost front tooth due to trauma. Dr. Roth was able to restore the patients smile back to full function with a dental implant and was able to enhance the overall smile along with 6 porcelain veneers.

Patient was disappointed with the staining on her teeth. After Diamond polishing along with a take home whitening system the patient was extremely happy with her beautiful bright smile.
